About Sacred Aid
Not Here to Build a Name.
Here to Serve in His.
Sacred Aid is a small, faith-driven ministry. We exist to come alongside people in need with practical help, genuine care, and the hope of Jesus Christ.
Serving Practical Needs.
Sharing Lasting Hope.
The mission of Sacred Aid is simple: to serve people who are hurting, overlooked, and in need, and to point them toward the hope that is found only in Jesus Christ.
We believe that the Church is called to more than words. We are called to show up in communities, in hard places, and in the lives of people who need someone to care. Sacred Aid exists to do exactly that.
Our work is not complicated. We see a need, we ask how we can help, and we go or give. We do it in the name of Jesus, and we trust Him with the results.
Humble Service,
Genuine Care
We are not trying to build a large organization or make a name for ourselves. We are a ministry — a small group of people who believe that serving others is one of the most faithful things a follower of Jesus can do.
We want the people we serve to feel seen, valued, and loved. Not as recipients of charity, but as people made in the image of God, worthy of dignity and care.
That is the heart behind everything Sacred Aid does. Not programs. Not platforms. Just people serving people in the name of Jesus.
Because Need Is Real,
and the Gospel Is Too
Sacred Aid was formed out of a conviction that the needs around us are real and that the Church has both the calling and the capacity to respond.
There are people in every community who are struggling with hunger, with poverty, with isolation, with hopelessness. And there are missionaries and ministry workers around the world who are laboring faithfully but need support to keep going.
Sacred Aid exists to bridge those gaps. Not perfectly. Not with unlimited resources. But faithfully, one act of service at a time, trusting that God uses small things for His glory.
"We are not the solution to every problem. But we are called to show up — and to trust that God is at work in the showing up."
We also believe that practical service and the gospel are not in competition. Meeting a physical need opens a door. And when that door opens, we want to be ready to share the hope that lasts, the good news of Jesus Christ.
Founded in January 2025
Sacred Aid began with a burden to serve others in the name of Jesus Christ and a desire to see practical needs met with compassion, integrity, and faith.
Ben and Mandy Hunt are deeply grateful for the willingness of Richard Yarwood, owner of Sacred Arms and a board member of Sacred Aid, to obey the Lord's leading by providing the initial funding, ongoing financial support, encouragement, and practical help that have allowed this ministry to begin and continue moving forward. His generosity has helped Sacred Aid take shape as a Christian charitable organization committed to serving the hurting, the overlooked, and those in need.
We recognize this not as the work of one person, but as the faithfulness of God working through willing hearts.
"Sacred Aid exists to honor Christ, serve people, and steward every opportunity for His glory."
What We Believe
Shapes What We Do
Sacred Aid is a Christian ministry. That means our faith is not a backdrop. It is the reason we exist. We serve because Christ served. We give because we have been given to. We love because He first loved us.
We hold to the truth of Scripture. We believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe that every person has dignity and worth. And we believe that the Church, when it is faithful, is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world.
So we act. We serve. We give. We pray. And we trust that God, who began a good work, will carry it through to completion.
"Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth."
1 John 3:18
